Initial Note Guarantors definition

Initial Note Guarantors has the meaning assigned to such term in the first paragraph of this Indenture.
Initial Note Guarantors means Emeco Holdings Limited, Emeco Canada Limited, Emeco International Pty Limited, Emeco Corporate Pty Limited, Emeco Parts Pty Limited, Emeco Finance Pty Limited, Enduro SpA, Emeco Holdings South America SpA and Emeco Equipment (USA) LLC.

  • Note Guaranty means the guaranty of the Notes by a Guarantor pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Exchange Notes means the Notes issued in the Exchange Offer pursuant to Section 2.06(f) hereof.

  • Subsidiary Guarantor means each Subsidiary that has executed and delivered a Subsidiary Guaranty.

  • Canadian Guarantors means (i) each Canadian Borrower in its capacity as a guarantor under the Canadian Borrowers/Subsidiaries Guarantee and (ii) each other Canadian Subsidiary of Silgan.

  • Foreign Guarantors means (a) Diodes Zetex Limited, a company incorporated and registered under the laws of England and Wales, (b) Diodes Holdings UK Limited, a company incorporated and registered under the laws of England and Wales, (c) Diodes Holding and (d) each other Foreign Subsidiary that becomes a guarantor.

  • Subordinated Notes Indenture means that certain Subordinated Debenture Indenture between DH (f/k/a NGC Corporation) and First National Bank of Chicago, as Debenture Trustee, dated as of May 28, 1997 (as amended, restated and supplemented through the Petition Date).

  • Additional Senior Debt Parties means, with respect to any series, issue or class of Additional Senior Debt, the holders of such Indebtedness, the Representative with respect thereto, any trustee or agent therefor under any related Additional Senior Debt Documents and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Borrower or any Guarantor under any related Additional Senior Debt Documents.

  • Additional Security Documents shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.12(a).
