The Note will mature on the Initial Maturity Date; provided, however, that if on the Initial Maturity Date any principal or interest payments in respect of the Corresponding Borrower Loan remain due and payable to the Issuer, the maturity date of this Note will be extended to the Final Maturity Date.
Payment of the Principal Amount and accrued interest due under this Note to Investor shall be paid in accordance with this Note’s payment schedule, which is available on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and attached hereto as Schedule A, and subject to prepayment until the Initial Maturity Date or, if the maturity of the Note has been extended, until the Final Maturity Date.
Such payments shall continue until the entire indebtedness evidenced by this Note and all accrued and unpaid interest are fully paid, with any unpaid principal and interest due and payable on the Initial Maturity Date shown above unless the Issuer has extended the maturity date to the Final Maturity Date.
If the Borrower elects to extend the Initial Maturity Date as set forth in Section 2.16, the Borrower shall pay the Lenders a fee in an amount equal to 0.25% of the Aggregate Commitments for each one (1) month extension.
The Borrower fails to pay any amount due by the Initial Maturity Date or the Subsequent Maturity Date, each such amount as set forth in Section 2, above.
