dental list means a dental list prepared by a Health Board in accordance with regulation 4(1) of the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2010;
Residential living care means a level of service provided by an assisted living facility for adults who may have physical or mental impairments and require only minimal assistance with the activities of daily living. The definition of "residential living care" includes the services provided by independent living facilities that voluntarily become licensed.
Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.
Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.
DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
Official List means the Official List of the UK Listing Authority;
OFAC List means the list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons subject to financial sanctions that is maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control and any other similar list maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control pursuant to any Requirements of Law, including, without limitation, trade embargo, economic sanctions, or other prohibitions imposed by Executive Order of the President of the United States. The OFAC List currently is accessible through the internet website xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/x00xxx.xxx.
Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.
Restricted List means the list of companies maintained by the Compliance Officer about which the Adviser or its affiliates potentially possess material nonpublic information.
Exclusion List means the HHS/OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) (available through the Internet at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).
Applicable Timetable means, in respect of any day, that part of the Working Timetable in respect of that day which is required to be drawn up in accordance with Condition D2.1.1 of the Network Code as at 22:00 hours on the day prior to that day; "Bi-annual Timetable" means either of the following:
Acquisition Target means any Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; any Person that is merged into or consolidated with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; or any Person with respect to which all or a substantial part of that Person’s assets are acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof.
Master Account Approval List means the list of Attendee reservations and Dates which the Judicial Council has authorized the Contractor to xxxx associated sleeping room charges and tax against the Judicial Council’s Master Account.
SDN List shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.21.
Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.
Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.
EEA Regulated Market means a market as defined by Article 4.1(14) of Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets on financial instruments;
Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will
Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
NPL means the National Priorities List under CERCLA.
State Sanctions List means a list that is adopted by any state Governmental Authority within the United States of America pertaining to Persons that engage in investment or other commercial activities in Iran or any other country that is a target of economic sanctions imposed under U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws.
Day fine means a fine imposed by the sentencing court that
ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.
Effectiveness Target Date As defined in Section 5.
Eligible list means an official record kept in the Commissioner's office as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed examinations, listed and ranked in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.
Effectiveness Deadline As defined in Section 3(a) and 4(a) hereof.
