Examples of Initial Licence Fee in a sentence
A new licence shall not be granted unless the appropriate Initial Licence Fee is paid by the licensee.
The parties agree that Snap-on’s reasonable expenses will be equivalent to 20% of the Initial Licence Fee (as defined in Section 5.A) payable by the Franchisee under this Agreement.
The Franchisee must pay Snap-on the Initial Licence Fee as stated in Item 13 of the Schedule, on execution of this Agreement.
