Initial Investment definition

Initial Investment. : means the amount that you initially subscribed to invest into the Plan.
Initial Investment means that portion of the initial capitalization of the Company contributed by the Sponsor or its Affiliates pursuant to Section II.A. of the NASAA REIT Guidelines.

More Definitions of Initial Investment

Initial Investment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23.

Initial Investment means that portion of the initial capitalization of the Company contributed by the Sponsor or its Affiliates pursuant to Section 8.1 herein.
Initial Investment means the total amount a purchaser is obligated to pay under the terms of the business opportunity contract either prior to or at the time of the delivery of the merchandise or services or within six months of the purchaser commencing operation of the business opportunity.
