Initial Indexation Factor definition

Initial Indexation Factor is derived from the following formula: = (1 + (2018−2017))2 2017 where: IIF means the Initial Indexation Factor; CPI2017 means the CPI published or determined with respect to the month of November 2017; and CPI2018 means the CPI published or determined with respect to the month of November 2018. The value derived from this formula shall be rounded to three decimal places;
Initial Indexation Factor means (RPI2017/RPI2016)2 where: RPI2017 is the RPI published or determined with respect to the month of November 2017; and RPI2016 is the RPI published or determined with respect to the month of November 2016;
Initial Indexation Factor shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 7;

Examples of Initial Indexation Factor in a sentence

  • For each Relevant Year commencing on and from 1 April 2019, the Indexed Figures shall be adjusted in accordance with paragraph 2.7.2. For the Relevant Year commencing on and from 1 April 2019, the Indexed Figures shall be adjusted as at 1 April 2019 by multiplying them by the Initial Indexation Factor.

  • For each Relevant Year commencing on and from 1 April 2019, the Indexed Figures shall be adjusted in accordance with paragraph 7.2.2. For the Relevant Year commencing on and from 1 April 2019, the Indexed Figures shall be adjusted as at 1 April 2019 by multiplying them by the Initial Indexation Factor.

  • The SPP indexation figure in Relevant Year t shall be derived from the following formula: where: SPPIt means the SPP indexation in Relevant Year t; CPIt-1 has the meaning as set out in paragraph 9.1 above of this Schedule 8; and CPI2018 has the meaning as set out in paragraph 9.1 above of this Schedule 8; except that in relation to the Relevant Year commencing on 1 April 2019, CVt shall equal 1 x Initial Indexation Factor.

Related to Initial Indexation Factor

  • Limited Indexation Factor means, in respect of a Limited Indexation Month or Limited Indexation Date, as the case may be, the ratio of the Index Figure applicable to that month or date, as the case may be, divided by the Index Figure applicable to the month or date, as the case may be, twelve months prior thereto, provided that (a) if such ratio is greater than the Maximum Indexation Factor specified in the relevant Final Terms, it shall be deemed to be equal to such Maximum Indexation Factor and (b) if such ratio is less than the Minimum Indexation Factor specified in the relevant Final Terms, it shall be deemed to be equal to such Minimum Indexation Factor;

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.

  • Inflation Factor means a number determined for each tax year by dividing the consumer price index for June of the tax year by the consumer price index for June 2005.

  • Initial Index Price means the sum of each per share closing price of the common stock of each company comprising the Index Group multiplied by the applicable weighting, as such prices are reported on the consolidated transactions reporting system for the market or exchange on which such common stock is principally traded, on the trading day immediately preceding the public announcement of the Agreement.

  • CPI Index means the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, U.S. City Average, “All Items” (1982-84 = 100), or any successor index thereof as such successor index may be appropriately adjusted to establish substantial equivalence with the Consumer Price Index; provided that if the Consumer Price Index ceases to be published and there is no successor thereto, such other index as the Company shall designate in writing to the Trustee shall be substituted for the Consumer Price Index.

  • Lowest achievable emission rate or “LAER” means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:

  • Required Accumulation Factor Number shall be equal to a fraction, rounded upwards to the nearest whole number, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is equal to the lowest monthly principal payment rate on the Accounts, expressed as a decimal, for the three months preceding the date of such calculation.

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Inflation rate means that term as defined in section 34d.

  • Severance Multiplier means, with respect to any termination of Employee’s employment hereunder by the Company without Cause or by Employee with Good Reason, 1; provided, however, that in the event such termination occurs within the two (2) year period following a Change in Control, the Severance Multiplier shall instead equal 2.

  • SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” Shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time. Here, the CUF is expressed in AC terms.

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.
