Initial Funds definition

Initial Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) of the Funding Agreement.
Initial Funds are funds that must be paid by the dates specified to make this Agreement binding on all parties. These Initial Funds are detailed in the Tenancy Agreement and include the initial payment for Rent.
Initial Funds means, collectively, the ten (10) Funds listed in Section 3.02(a) and an “Initial Fund” refers to any such Fund by itself.

Examples of Initial Funds in a sentence

  • The Client hereby engages the Advisor to serve as investment advisor under the terms of this Agreement with respect to the Initial Funds and such other funds as the Client may from time to time assign by written notice to the Advisor (collectively the "Managed Funds"), and the Advisor accepts such engagement.

  • The first payment of Rent must be paid by as part of the Initial Funds.

More Definitions of Initial Funds
