Initial Forecast definition

Initial Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Initial Forecast has the meaning given in Section 4.3.

Examples of Initial Forecast in a sentence

  • Thereafter, the Initial Forecast shall be updated, and forecasts shall be provided to VERIZON on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually in accordance with VERIZON’s forecasting cycle.

More Definitions of Initial Forecast

Initial Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Initial Forecast means the Forecast provided to the Facility Agent and in form and substance satisfactory to it, pursuant to paragraph 6(B) of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent);
