Initial File definition

Initial File. (I) means the initial Consumption Data reported for an ICP, for a specific consumption period in EIEP1 or EIEP3 format
Initial File means, in relation to non half hour metered ICPs, the consumption information (in kWh) by NSP by profile submitted to the reconciliation manager by4 pm on the 4th business day for the previous reconciliation period and by definition contains only forward estimates.

More Definitions of Initial File

Initial File. FARES will make its best efforts to deliver the initial File within forty five (45) days of the execution of this Agreement. The Initial File will consist of the most current Tax Assessors' Files available to FARES for the geographic areas outlined in Appendix C and in the format defined in Appendix B. Further, the Initial File will consist of Sales Transactions dating back to January 1, 1998 to the present. Sales Transactions will be provided for those counties defined in Appendix C, in the Format defined in Appendix B attached.

Related to Initial File

  • Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Death master file means the United States social security administration’s death master file or any other database or service that is at least as comprehensive as the United States social security administration’s death master file for determining that a person has died.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Third-Party Filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.
