Initial Environmental Examination definition

Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

Initial Environmental Examination means the initial environmental examination, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower through the EA pursuant to the requirements set forth in the EARF, and cleared by ADB;
