Initial Entitlement definition

Initial Entitlement means Your Entitlement at the start of the Suite Term as determined by the Meter counts for You and all Participating Affiliates provided on the EUIF.
Initial Entitlement means the amount of entitlement each holder of Shares received following the Merger, being an amount equal to (i) the number of pre-restructuring Shares held by that person divided by 0.875 (7 divided by 8)(such quotient being referred to as "A") or (ii) if such number was not a whole number, the immediately lower whole number of post-restructuring Shares (such number being referred to as "B") and a number of fractions of a seventh of a post-restructuring Arcelor ordinary share equal to seven multiplied by the difference between A and B;
Initial Entitlement means an initial entitlement to IP Entry Capacity as described in section T1.7 and determined in accordance with section T1.8;

Examples of Initial Entitlement in a sentence

  • During the Suite Term, Your payment obligation related to the Enterprise-wide Commitment may increase as a result of any of the following: (a) You exceed the Initial Growth Cap (as described in section 5); (b) You exceed the Initial Entitlement or the previous year’s Entitlement subject to a True Forward (as described in section 6); or (c) You purchase an additional Suite (as described in section 9).

  • On the first anniversary of the Suite Start Date, if You have exceeded the Initial Entitlement, the Approved Source will charge You for the Consumption above the Initial Entitlement through the remainder of the Suite Term.

  • A reduction of Initial Entitlement will only be accepted if there is another Shipper who wishes to buy some (more) Entry Capacity for the relevant period.

  • Shippers to the Distribution Networks will therefore receive an Initial Entitlement which reflects their peak flows during the previous Gas Year.

  • Shippers who require more entry capacity than provided for in their Initial Entitlement will be able to apply for more, by no later than 30th April 2015 in accordance with the transitional rules in this Code Modification Proposal.

  • As part of the transition towards an Entry-Exit regime, existing Shippers will be provided with an Initial Entitlement of Entry Capacity, and from October 2015 will be able to buy (bundled) Entry Capacity independently of Exit Capacity via the PRISMA auction platform.

  • DOEI (Date of Initial Entitlement) gives the first date of entitlement to SSDI benefits.

  • Under the Addendum to the Conversion Contract, in the event that the Vessel is sold, Jasper Cosmopolitan shall be entitled to 75% of the remainder of the Sale Price (if any) after deducting the Initial Entitlement.

  • If the return is after 3 years and the sick leave is not reinstated, the employee will be granted an Initial Entitlement per Section 4.B.(2)(a) of this policy.

  • Partial Entitlement Share(s) shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.12.

  • Final Distribution means any distribution made in redemption of all or a portion of the Up-MACRO Holding Shares pursuant to Section 5.2(a) or 5.2(c) on the Final Scheduled Termination Date, an Early Termination Date or a Redemption Date.

  • Final Legal Distribution Date means (i) with respect to the Class AA Certificates, August 15, 2033, (ii) with respect to the Class A Certificates, August 15, 2033 and (iii) with respect to the Class B Certificates, August 15, 2029.

  • Defined Contribution Fraction means a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Annual Additions to the Participant's account under all the defined contribution plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer for the current and all prior Limitation years (including the Annual Additions attributable to the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions to this and all the defined benefit plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer and the Annual Additions attributable to all welfare benefit funds, as defined in section 419(e) of the Code or individual medical accounts, as defined in section 415(1)(2) of the Code, or a simplified employee pension, as defined in section 408(k) of the Code, maintained by the Employer), and the denominator of which is the sum of the Maximum Aggregate Amounts for the current and all prior Limitation Years of Service with the Employer (regardless of whether a defined contribution plan was maintained by the Employer). The Maximum Aggregate Amount in any Limitation Year is the lesser of one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the dollar limitation determined under Sections 415(b) and (d) of the Code in effect under section 415(c)(1)(A) of the Code or thirty-five percent (35%) of the Participant's Compensation for such year. If the Employee was a Participant as of the first day of the first Limitation Year beginning after December 31, 1986, in one or more defined contribution plans maintained by the Employer which were in existence on May 6, 1986, the numerator of this fraction will be adjusted if the sum of this fraction and the Defined Benefit Fraction would otherwise exceed one (1.0) times under the terms of this Plan. Under the adjustment, an amount equal to the product of (a) the excess of the sum of the fractions over 1.0 times (b) the denominator of this fraction will be permanently subtracted from the numerator of this fraction. The adjustment is calculated using the fractions as they would be computed as of the end of the last Limitation Year beginning before January 1, 1987, and disregarding any changes in the terms and condition of the Plans made after May 5, 1986, but using the limitation of section 415 of the Code applicable to the first Limitation Year beginning on or after January 1, 1987. The Annual Additions for any Limitation Year beginning before January 1, 1987 shall not be recomputed to treat all Employee contributions as Annual Additions.

  • Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date on which the final distribution in respect of the Certificates is made pursuant to Section 9.01.

  • Final Distributions means, with respect to the Certificates of any Trust on any Distribution Date, the sum of (x) the aggregate amount of all accrued and unpaid interest on such Certificates (excluding interest, if any, payable with respect to the Deposits relating to such Trust) and (y) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (less the amount of the Deposits for such Class of Certificates as of such preceding Distribution Date other than any portion of such Deposits thereafter used to acquire Equipment Notes pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement). For purposes of calculating Final Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust, any Premium paid on the Equipment Notes held in such Trust which has not been distributed to the Certificateholders of such Trust (other than such Premium or a portion thereof applied to the payment of interest on the Certificates of such Trust or the reduction of the Pool Balance of such Trust) shall be added to the amount of such Final Distributions.

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

  • Capital Distribution means a payment made, liability incurred or other consideration given for the purchase, acquisition, redemption or retirement of any capital stock or other equity interest of any Company or as a dividend, return of capital or other distribution (other than any stock dividend, stock split or other equity distribution payable only in capital stock or other equity of the Company in question) in respect of any Company's capital stock or other equity interest.

  • Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below. Accordingly, the Unitholder's "Income Distribution" shall be equal to:

  • Entitlement Holder means the person named on the records of a Securities Intermediary as the person having a Securities Entitlement against the Securities Intermediary.

  • Entitlement means the entitlement specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series, subject to any adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4;

  • Entitlements means, with respect to any Offering, the license and use types, limits, volume, or other measurement or conditions of permitted use for such Offering as set forth in the applicable Order or Supplemental Terms, including but not limited to any limits or restrictions on the number and categories of users authorized to use such Offering, permitted geographic areas, available storage space, computing power, or other attributes and metrics.

  • Initial Distribution means the distribution made to holders of Allowed Class C-4 Claims on the Distribution Date.

  • Securities Entitlement means the rights and property interests of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset as set forth in Part 5 of Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Main Distribution Frame (MDF) is termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the central office for DS-0 and DSL services.

  • Per Certificate Entitlement means the per Certificate entitlement to the underlying Precious Metal specified in the Final Terms (the "Initial Per Certificate Entitlement") which is thereafter reduced by the Reduction Percentage.
