Initial Enrollment Date definition

Initial Enrollment Date means the earliest date following the Effective Date set by the Committee for Eligible Employees to apply to become Members of the Plan.

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Purchase Period means a period of time specified within an Offering, generally beginning on the Offering Date or on the first Trading Day following a Purchase Date, and ending on a Purchase Date. An Offering may consist of one or more Purchase Periods.
