Initial Disclosures definition

Initial Disclosures has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.
Initial Disclosures means Defendants’ Initial Disclosures served pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1) on April 16, 2017, and any amendments or supplements thereto.
