Initial Dependable Capacity definition

Initial Dependable Capacity means, at the Commercial Operations Date, the maximum net capacity that the Facility capable of delivering at the Delivery Point, as determined by the initial Dependable Capacity Test. Provided that Initial Dependable Capacity can never be exceeded Contracted Facility Capacity.
Initial Dependable Capacity means, at the Commercial Operation Date for Phase 1 or Phase 2, as the case may be, the capacity set upon successful completion of the Dependable Capacity Test for such Phase and used to establish its respective Commercial Operation Date, which is the maximum capacity adjusted for Site Reference Conditions that the Facility is demonstrated to be capable of delivering continuously at the Delivery Point at that time, in accordance with (and subject to) Article 8.1(d)(iii) and is the capacity to apply until the next Dependable Capacity Test occurs after the Phase 2 Commercial Operation Date.
Initial Dependable Capacity means, at the Commercial Operation Date, the capacity set upon successful completion of the Dependable Capacity Test of the Facility used to establish the Commercial Operation Date, which is the maximum capacity adjusted for Site Reference Conditions that the Facility (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, the BESS-Related Capacity and Reserve Capacity) is demonstrated to be capable of delivering continuously at the Delivery Point at that time, in accordance with (and subject to) Article 7.1(d)(iii) and is the capacity to apply until the next Dependable Capacity Test occurs after the Commercial Operation Date.

  • The Engineer shall certify all test results arising out of or in connection with Commissioning and determination of the Initial Dependable Capacity pursuant to this Section 7.1.2 and Schedule 3.

  • Project Company shall carry out Commissioning of Phase 1 and Phase 2, the testing of the Initial Dependable Capacity at or prior to the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Commercial Operation Dates and the testing of the Dependable Capacity of the Facility thereafter in accordance with Articles 8.2 and Schedule 4.

  • The Company shall carry out Commissioning of the Facility and testing of the Initial Dependable Capacity and Dependable Capacity of the Facility in accordance with Sections 7.1, 7.2, and Schedule 3.

  • If the Facility has been deemed Commissioned for a Phase, the Commercial Operation Tests for such phase shall be conducted at the first available opportunity after such deemed Commissioning, and the Initial Dependable Capacity adjusted as a result of such test in accordance with subsection (b) below.

  • Capacity Payments shall be made on the basis of the Initial Dependable Capacity then in effect, and if any increase in the Initial Dependable Capacity is demonstrated, Capacity Payments will be adjusted from and after the Day following such demonstration.

  • Results of all Initial Dependable Capacity Tests and Dependable Capacity Tests shall be valid only to the extent such tests are performed while the Facility operates within the requirements of all Government Authorizations and the environmental permits.


More Definitions of Initial Dependable Capacity

Initial Dependable Capacity. – means, at the Commercial Operations Date, the maximum net capacity that the Facility capable of delivering at the Delivery Point, as determined by the initial Dependable Capacity Test. Provided that Initial Dependable Capacity can never be exceeded Contracted Facility Capacity.

Interconnection Point Means the physical point(s) where the Facility connects to the Electrical Interconnection Facilities as described in Article 11.3.
Initial Dependable Capacity. Means the capacity that the First Unit (and after the Commercial Operation Date of the Facility, the Facility) is demonstrated to be capable of delivering at the Delivery Point as determined by the relevant initial Dependable Capacity Test. Related to Initial Dependable Capacity

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Partial Dependant means a "dependant" as prescribed in paragraph (a) of this subclause who receives a location allowance which is less than the location allowance prescribed in subclause (1) of this clause or who, if in receipt of a salary or wage package, receives less than a full consideration for which the location allowance is payable pursuant to the provisions of this clause.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Excess Capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;
