Initial Cure Period definition

Initial Cure Period. As defined in Section 2.03(b).

Examples of Initial Cure Period in a sentence

• The Lenders shall be entitled to cure any such default within the Initial Cure Period, and such cure period shall commence upon delivery of each such notice to the Lenders (or the Agent).

• If the address of the Lenders or Agent is outside Pakistan, any notice delivered to the Lenders or the Agent pursuant to this Section 16.5 shall be presented personally or sent by international courier or facsimile, and if sent by facsimile, confirmed by international courier, and the Initial Cure Period shall commence upon receipt by the Lenders or the Agent of the notice referenced above.

• If the Purchaser has assumed the operation of the Complex pursuant to Section 5.13 of the Energy Purchase Agreement and the Complex is being operated by the Purchaser, the AEDB shall extend the Initial Cure Period, Evaluation Period and/ or the Extended Cure Period, as the case may be, for an additional period of six (6) Months.

• Hardball's right to cure such breach may be extended for an additional period not to exceed sixty (60) days provided Hardball is proceeding in good faith to cure the breach and it is not feasible that the breach may be cured in the thirty (30) day period (the thirty (30) day and sixty (60) day cure periods referenced above shall collectively be referred to herein as the "Initial Cure Period").

• Additionally, Hardball's right to cure a breach pursuant to this Section may be further extended for an additional period beyond the Initial Cure Period of not to exceed ninety (90) days provided (i) Hardball is proceeding in good faith to cure the breach; (ii) it is not feasible that the breach may be cured in the Initial Cure Period; and (iii) Hardball pays the City as liquidated damages a fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per day until the breach has been fully cured.
