Initial Contracts definition

Initial Contracts means those Contracts conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.
Initial Contracts means certain Contracts described in the List of Contracts, all of which were originated on or before March 5, 1997, and which have an aggregate principal balance as of the Cut-off Date of approximately $247,098,012.91.
Initial Contracts means the Contracts designated as such in Schedule I-A attached hereto.
