Initial Collateral Package definition

Initial Collateral Package means, as to each Mortgage Loan: (i) the original Mortgage Note and the originals of all intervening endorsements, if any, showing a complete chain of title from the originator of the Mortgage Loan to Borrower, endorsed in blank (either on the Mortgage Note or a separate allonge attached thereto); (ii) a certified copy of the original Mortgage and copies of all intervening assignments oft he Mortgage, if any; (iii) the original Assignment of Mortgage in favor of Provident in recordable form for the jurisdiction in which the Mortgaged Property is located; and (iv) the original attorney's opinion of title or the original policy of title insurance (or if such original policy of title insurance has not yet been received by Borrower, a copy of such policy or a title insurance binder or commitment for the issuance of such policy).
