Initial Approved Business Plan definition

Initial Approved Business Plan means the Business Plan for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2020 through to December 31, 2029 attached hereto as Schedule B, provided that if the Company Board approves expanding the operations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to [COMMERCIALLY SENSITIVE INFORMATION REDACTED], the Company shall provide a Business Plan for the fiscal years ending through to December 31, 2029 for [COMMERCIALLY SENSITIVE INFORMATION REDACTED] which shall increase the Consolidated Adj.
