Initial Allocation Date definition

Initial Allocation Date means the date on which the Board of Directors grants Free Share allocations and is the starting date of the Vesting Period.
Initial Allocation Date means, with respect to any Performance Period, the date on which the Committee first determines to make awards to Participants pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

  • Group II Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
