The Authority Staff shall determine Project readiness and feasibility at the time of Initial Allocation or within six (6) months following Final Allocation.
A Collateral Enhancement Program closing fee equal to two percent (2%) of the Initial Allocation is required.
Notwithstanding the Final True-Up, the amounts distributed on account of the Initial Allocation Payment shall be final, binding, and conclusive with respect to the amounts so distributed, and not subject to return or disgorgement.
