Initial Acquisitions definition

Initial Acquisitions means the acquisition by the Borrowers in separate merger transactions (the "MERGERS"), in exchange for cash and shares of its common stock, of the Founding Companies.

Initial Acquisitions means the Closing Date Acquisition and the Restatement Effective Date Acquisition.
