Initial Acquisition definition

Initial Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of certain oil, gas and mineral Properties from the Sellers pursuant to the terms and conditions of Initial Acquisition Documents.
Initial Acquisition means, with respect to a subsequent acquisition, a domestic entity acquisition occurring, pursuant to a plan that includes the subsequent acquisition (or a series of related transactions), before the subse- quent acquisition.

Initial Acquisition means each of the following acquisitions made in connection with the Initial Bond Issue:
