Infringe definition

Infringe or “Infringement” means any infringement as determined by Law, including, without limitation, direct infringement, contributory infringement or any inducement to infringe.
Infringe means when used with respect to Intellectual Property Rights means any infringement or other violation of Intellectual Property Rights.
Infringe means that a given item or activity directly or indirectly (including secondarily, contributorily, by inducement or otherwise) infringes, misappropriates, dilutes, constitutes unauthorized use of, or otherwise violates the Intellectual Property of, any Person.
