Infrastructure Work definition

Infrastructure Work means work with respect to roads, water supply, fuel, sewage disposal, drainage, electrical systems and other prescribed services and things provided to the mobile home park. 2006, c. 17, s. 167 (2).
Infrastructure Work means, collectively, the work required to complete the engineering, design, construction and installation by Corix of any and all portions of the Infrastructure while this Agreement is in force.

Infrastructure Work means the design, development, and construction of the public facilities as described in the County Development Agreement and any demolition work in connection therewith.
