Infrastructure Fee definition

Infrastructure Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(c).
Infrastructure Fee means any increased Licence Fee payable in connection with those matters set out in clause 7 if you do not receive the IT Services and/or the Telephony Services from us (together with any VAT thereon);
Infrastructure Fee means the amount earned by the Development Entity in each given year during the Term as determined in accordance with Section 1.2 of Schedule 8 (Payment Mechanism).

Examples of Infrastructure Fee in a sentence

  • Tenant shall pay to City the Tenant Infrastructure Fee in monthly installments, in advance, each of which shall be due on the first day of each month.

  • The Fee Reimbursement shall be paid by the City as fee revenues from the Infrastructure Fee Component of the Fees that are collected within the Plan Area.

  • City and Constructing Owner agree that the amount of Infrastructure Fee Reimbursements owed to Constructing Owner hereunder shall be as set forth on Exhibit C hereto and made a part hereof, subject to the final “true up” as described in Section 8 hereof.

  • The City shall reimburse the Constructing Owner, solely from the Infrastructure Fee Component of the Fee, all Eligible Hard Costs and Soft Costs incurred by the Constructing Owner in connection with the construction of the Facilities, as approved by the Administrator in consultation with the City Engineer.

  • Prior to such Completion, if the Fee Reimbursement hereunder is eligible for payment on a Calendar-Year Priority basis subject only to Completion of the Facilities, then fee revenues collected from the Infrastructure Fee Component of the Fee within the Plan Area that would otherwise be paid to the Constructing Owner hereunder shall be held by the City in reserve for payment of the Fee Reimbursement pending Completion of the Facilities up to the amount of the Fee Reimbursement then due hereunder.

  • All costs of the repair, if not paid by the Constructing Owner within twenty (20) calendar days of notice from the Administrator to the Constructing Owner, shall be paid out of any Fee Reimbursement then otherwise payable to the Constructing Owner from the Infrastructure Fee Component of the Village 1 Plan Area Fee Program Fund.

  • The obligation arising from this Agreement is not a debt of the City, nor a legal or equitable pledge, charge, lien, or encumbrance, upon any of its property, or upon any of its income, receipts, or revenues, and is payable only and solely from the Infrastructure Fee Component of the Fee deposited in the Plan Area Fee Program.

  • As noted above, the costs of the Frontage Improvements will be included for financing as part of the Infrastructure Fee and Developer will thereby receive credit for bonding for and/or installing these Frontage Improvements against the Infrastructure Fee in accordance with the PVSP Fee Program.

  • Developer has provided a cost estimate of approximately one hundred seventy-four million dollars ($174,000,000) for the upgraded public infrastructure, which includes costs for improvements both included and not included in the existing Diridon Station Area Basic Infrastructure Fee pursuant to San Xxxx Municipal Code Chapter 14.35.

  • The annual Tenant Infrastructure Fee (“TIA Fee”) shall be payable in twelve equal monthly installments, with each installment payable on the same date as the payment of the monthly installment of the Minimum Annual Guaranty, as provided in Paragraph E above.

Infrastructure Fee means a monthly fee charged by us for the maintenance, development, expansion and upgrade associated with the provision of the XxxXxxx.xx Account by applicable subscription type and tier (if any).
Infrastructure Fee means a quarterly charge added to the Water and Sewer quarterly invoices.

Related to Infrastructure Fee

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Infrastructure fund means the renewable fuel infrastructure fund created in section 159A.16.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the state, that builds or installs transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.

  • energy infrastructure means any physical equipment or facility which is located within the Union or linking the Union to one or more third countries and falling under the following categories:

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co‑ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Construction Management Agreement means the Construction Management Agreement, dated as of the date of the Common Agreement, between Construction Manager and the Project Company.
