Infrastructural Facilities means works relating to roads and the supply of water, electricity, water drains and facilities for sewerage disposal and any other related facilities;
Infrastructural Facilities means the infrastructural improvements to be constructed at the Operating Site by ZCC III and utilized by the Partnership in connection with its ownership and operation of the Turbines, which shall include: (i) items directly owned by the Partnership, such as the concrete pads to which each Turbine owned by the Partnership is affixed, the insulated wire cables connecting each such Turbine to an intermediate step-up transformer, certain of such intermediate step-up trans-formers, a 3OMW power substation, and security fencing; (ii) items owned by ZCC III and made available to the Partnership under the Wind Park Easement Agreement, including the Primary Roads and Secondary Roads, as defined in, and as required to be constructed by Zond pursuant to, the Construction Agreement between Zond and ZCC III; and (ii) items owned by Zond and made available to the Partnership and Zond Windsystem Partners, Ltd. Series 85-A under the Power Transfer Facilities Agreement, such as the 66 KV power transfer line and the equipment interconnecting such 66 KV power transfer line to the power grid owned by SCE proximate to the Operating Site.

  • The provisions of this Agreement constitute the entire understanding and agreement between the Partnership and Zond regarding the management of the Turbines and the Infrastructural Facilities and may not be altered or amended except by an instrument in writing signed by the Partnership and Zond.

Such Infrastructural Facilities shall include (i) items directly owned by the Partnership, such as the concrete pads to which each Turbine owned by the Partnership is affixed, the insulated wire cables connecting each such Turbine to the intermediate step-up transformer, certain of such intermediate step-up transformers, and the insulated wire cables connecting the intermediate step-up transformers to the 30MW power substation, a 30MW power substation; (ii) certain items to be owned by Zond and made available to the Partnership pursuant to the terms of the Power Transfer Facilities Agreement, such as 66KV power transfer line and the equipment interconnecting the 66KV power transfer line to the power grid owned by Southern California Edison Company; and (iii) certain items, such as roads, which shall be owned by ZCC III and made available to the Partnership pursuant to the terms of the Wind Park Easement Agreement.
Infrastructural Facilities means the infrastructural improvements to be constructed at the Operating Site by ZCC IV and utilized by the Partnership in connection with its operation of the Windsystem. Related to Infrastructural Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.
