Informazioni Riservate significa tutte le informazioni rivelate da Red Hat o dal Cliente ("Parte Divulgatrice") all'altra parte ("Parte Destinataria") nella durata del presente Accordo, xxx xxxxx (i) contraddistinte come riservate o (ii) rivelate oralmente e descritte come riservate al momento della comunicazione e successivamente messe per iscritto, contraddistinte come riservate, ed inviate alla Parte Destinataria entro trenta (30) giorni dalla comunicazione orale.

  • Il Fornitore implementerà sistemi anti-intrusione e firewall su tutti i propri sistemi informatici accessibili al pubblico e alle Informazioni Riservate e/o ai Sistemi della Società.

  • Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.
