Information Technology Professional definition

Information Technology Professional means an individual whose position is assigned work associated with the establishment of and enforcement of standards and specifications for network computer systems; or the development of computer systems applications; or the development, installation and maintenance of local area network and mainframe computer systems or server environments; or the development, installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems; or provision of user support for any such systems.
Information Technology Professional means an employee primarily engaged in the delivery of information technology services in one of the following SOC job classifications or in any similar SOC job classification:
