Information Systems Services definition

Information Systems Services means the Services described in Part 4 of Schedule A; “Intellectual Property” includes patents, inventions, know-how, trade secrets and other confidential information registered designs, copyrights, design rights, rights affording equivalent protection to copyright and design rights, topography rights, trade marks, service marks, business names, trade names, moral rights, registration of an application to register any of the aforesaid items, rights in the nature of any of the aforesaid items in any country, rights in the nature of unfair competition rights and rights to xxx for passing-off;
Information Systems Services has the meaning specified in Schedule J.
