Information Systems definition

Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.
Information Systems means any computer, computer network, computer application, imaging device, storage device or media, mobile computing device, or any other information technology that contains Confidential Information.
Information Systems means information systems including, but not limited to, net-services, computers, computer systems, communication systems and other information systems; and means of access to such systems including, but not limited to, passwords, tokens, keys, logon scripts or other authentication information.

Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form, including those hosted by or outsourced to third parties such as cloud service providers used by any of the Acquired Companies.
Information Systems means a device or group of interconnected or related devices, one or more of which, pursuant to a programme, automatically processes digital data, as well as digital data stored, processed, retrieved or transmitted by that device or group of devices for the purposes of its or their operation, use, protection and maintenance.
