Information Regulations definition

Information Regulations means the European Communities (Access to Information on the Environment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 133 of 2007);

  • Any request received by either party under the FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations will be complied with promptly and in a timely manner.
