Information Product definition

Information Product means any product which (i) is not a Covered Product, but which incorporated into the BLA with FDA, or equivalent filing, directly or by reference, any Licensed Information, and (ii) is a product for which Forty Seven has data and/or market exclusivity based on such Licensed Information, and against which a biosimilar or biogeneric would have to certify.
Information Product means the product consisting of Information bundled as specified in the Information Product Fee Schedule.
