Information Entry. Page” means the login-instructions e-mail & registration page that shall be provided to You upon acceptance of this Service License.

  • You shall be prompted to enter the following information on the Information Entry Page after indicating acceptance to this Service License.

  • You shall provide credit card information on the Information Entry Page that Company shall use according to Section 5 below.

  • Company shall not disclose to third parties any personal information which You forward to Company through the Information Entry Page.

  • You shall enter and forward to Company truthful and factually accurate information on the Information Entry Page.

  • The information which You forward to Com- pany through the use of the Information Entry Page shall be used solely by Company for the purposes of billing, advertising, for notifying You of any changes to this Service License, the Membership Website, or any other purpose which Company deems necessary to carry out its duties under this Service License.

  • Subscriber shall enter and forward to RDLB truthful and factually accurate information on the Information Entry Page.

  • The information which a Subscriber provides to RDLB through the use of the Information Entry Page shall be used solely by RDLB for the purposes of billing and notifying Subscriber of any changes to this Agreement or the RDLB Web site, or for any other purpose which RDLB deems necessary to carry out its duties under this Agreement.

  • RDLB shall not undertake to resolve any disputes or litigation on Subscriber’s behalf involving use of the services described herein, and Subscriber agrees that it shall indemnify, hold RDLB harmless and defend RDLB against any disputes involving use of the RDLB Web site and any loss of information provided to RDLB by Subscriber including, without limitation, any of Subscriber’s personal information as set forth on the Information Entry Page.

  • RDLB shall not disclose to third parties any personal information which Subscriber provides to RDLB through the Information Entry Page.

  • Subscriber shall provide credit card information on the Information Entry Page which RDLB shall use according to the Terms of Payment.

Related to Information Entry

  • Information owner means the individual appointed in accordance with division (A) of section 1347.05 of the Revised Code to be directly responsible for a system.

  • Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • information folder means the complete folder, including the information document, file, data, drawings, photographs, and so on, supplied by the applicant, it being permissible to supply the information folder in the form of an electronic file;

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Information Service Traffic means Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party's information services platform (e.g., 976).

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Information Recipients has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;

  • Information Recipient has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Authority's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Authority, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Information Assets means any information, including Confidential Information, necessary to the operation of either party that is created, stored, transmitted, processed, or managed on any hardware, software, network components, or any printed form, or is communicated orally. “Information Assets” does not include information that has been transferred from the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party under applicable laws, regulations, and agency guidance, and that is being maintained and used by the Receiving Party solely for purposes that are not Contractor Covered California Functions.

  • Member Information means the share, deposit, loan account balances, or other information related to any member of a domestic credit union maintained in any form.

  • Original Information means information that—

  • Information Circular means a completed Form 51-102F5 Information Circular; “informed person” means

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.
