Information delivery service means any telephone-recorded messages, interactive programs, or other information services provided for a charge to a caller through an exclusive telephone number prefix or service access code. When a preexisting written contract exists between the customer and the information provider, this definition does not apply.

  • Private communication service means a telecommunication service that entitles the customer to exclusive or priority use of a communications channel or group of channels between or among termination points, regardless of the manner in which such channel or channels are connected, and includes switching capacity, extension lines, stations, and any other associated services that are provided in connection with the use of such channel or channels.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Contact Information means information to enable an individual at a place of business to be contacted and includes the name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number of the individual;

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.
