Information and Data definition

Information and Data means all information and data which originates on, derives from or relates to the Service and all markets, individuals, entities or activities that are regulated, operated or administered by FINRA or its agents, and (ii) compilation or other rights in Information and Data gathered from other sources as well as any derivative works thereof.
Information and Data means the data, information and documentation provided by Vendor to Purchaser in respect of the Assets, whether pursuant to a solicitation of interest or otherwise;
Information and Data means information, know-how, secret process, technical data, patents and techniques regarding the Products, their method of formulation and manufacture and their use and application presently owned or possessed by SUPPLIER or hereafter developed, acquired or possessed by SUPPLIER.

  • Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason or at any time upon request by Company, Consultant will immediately return to Company all property belonging to Company, including without limitation all Confidential Information and Data and Inventions in Consultant’s possession or control.

  • All Information and Data is proprietary to GE and shall neither be used by Airline nor furnished by Airline to any other person, firm or corporation for any purpose nor permitted out of Airline's possession nor divulged to any other person, firm or corporation, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All information and data, including, but not limited to, all repair processes and procedures, manuals, designs, drawings, blueprints, tracings, plans, models, layouts, specifications, and memoranda, (the "Information and Data") which may be furnished or made available to Airline, directly or indirectly, as the result of this Agreement shall remain the property of GE.

  • Information and Data IntegrityIB was provided certain data elements (the “Tape Data”), which were supplied by the Seller.

  • Reseller's Clients own the Information and Data and have the sole and exclusive right to use, sell, license or otherwise dispose of all Information and Data for any purpose.

  • For the purpose of this Agreement, any and all Scientific Information and Data disclosed by F-DE to SALMEDIX before execution of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been disclosed hereunder.

  • The Licensor shall provide Southern with the "know-how and show-how" as to the Licensed Patent Rights, the Licensed Manufacturing Protocols, Procedures and Processes and all related Confidential Information and Data (which shall include information relating to the manufacturing equipment).

  • Both parties recognize that the Information and Data may belong to the Client and is confidential.

Related to Information and Data

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • IT Systems and Data shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(jj).

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • Information Technology means computer hardware, software and networks;

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Original Information means information that—

  • Authority's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Authority, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Department of Information Technology means the New Mexico Department of Information Technology which is responsible for operating the data center and all communications related items.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.
