Informal Procedure: It is often preferable for all concerned that complaints of bullying or harassment are dealt with informally whenever possible.
The Informal Procedure may be postponed until such time as a knowledgeable person mutually agreed upon by both parties can be present.
A student who has a complaint against another student may choose to use the Informal Procedure.
An employee who has a complaint against another employee may choose to use the Informal Procedure.
If the parties agree to use this Informal Procedure, such Procedure will be completed within 20 working days of the ND/AA Officer’s receipt of the complaint.
