Informal meeting definition

Informal meeting means a meeting conducted by the executive director, at his or her discretion, at which the executive director discusses the failure of the licensee to comply with the act, these rules, terms of probation, directives, public policy of the state of Michigan, or any other local, state, or federal law or regulation.
Informal meeting means a meeting of the council which is not an ordinary meeting or special meeting of council, or a meeting of a standing committee, special committee or advisory committee, but includes a workshop, briefing, forum or other informal meeting resolved to be held by council or agreement of the Mayor and CEO.
