Inflow design flood definition

Inflow design flood means the flood hydrograph that is used in the design or modification of the CCR surface impoundments and its appurtenant works.
Inflow design flood or “IDF” means the reservoir flood inflow magnitude selected on the basis of size and hazard potential classification for emergency spillway design requirements of a dam.
