Infertility Services definition

Infertility Services means gynecological services, treatment of human infertility encompassing the provision of in vitro fertilization and other assisted reproductive services provided by PC or any Physician Employee and Other Professional Employee.

Infertility Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Management Agreement, except that Physician shall not be prohibited from providing obstetrics and general gynecological services.

Infertility Services shall not prohibit Physician from providing obstetrics and general gynecological services.

Examples of Infertility Services in a sentence

• Freezing, storage and thawing of embryos, sperm, or other tissues, for future use, unless the freezing, storage and thawing is needed due to potential iatrogenic infertility as described in Infertility Services in Section 3.

• Infertility Services, except as ex- cluded in the Principal Limitations, Exceptions, Exclu- sions and Reductions section, including professional, Hospital, ambulatory surgery center, and ancillary Ser- vices to diagnose and treat the cause of Infertility.

• Refer to Infertility Services for coverage of administered drugs necessary for in vitro fertilization.

• Outpatient Services do not include care that is related to Infertility Services, except as otherwise specified.

More Definitions of Infertility Services

Infertility Services means those Health Services designed for the primary purpose of successfully fostering and achieving conception and Pregnancy.

Infertility Services shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Management Agreement, except that Levy shall not be prohibited from providing obstetrics and general gynecological services.

Infertility Services and any other capitalized term which is not defined in this Agreement shall have the same definition it has in the Stock Agreement.

Additionally, Physician will have privileges to perform IVF services at PA, subject to PA's approval.
