Inferred resources definition

Inferred resources means the estimated quantity and grade of a deposit, or a part thereof, that is determined on the basis of limited sampling, but for which there is sufficient geological information and a reasonable understanding of the continuity and distribution of metal values to outline a deposit of potential economic merit.

Inferred resources have a great amount of uncertainty as to their existence, and great uncertainty as to their economic and legal feasibility. It cannot be assumed that all or any part of an Inferred Mineral Resource will ever be upgraded to a higher category. Under
Inferred resources as defined by reference to the JORC Code, that part of a Iron Mineral Resource for which tonnage, grade and mineral content can be estimated with a low level of confidence.
