Inergy Parties definition

Inergy Parties means Inergy, the General Partners, and all of Inergy’s Subsidiaries.
Inergy Parties shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • If the foregoing is in accordance with your understanding, please so indicate in the space provided below for that purpose, whereupon this letter shall constitute a binding agreement among the Inergy Parties and the Underwriters.

  • None of the Inergy Parties has received notice from any insurer or agent of such insurer that substantial capital improvements or other expenditures will have to be made in order to continue such insurance, and all such insurance is outstanding and duly in force on the date hereof and will be outstanding and duly in force on the Closing Date.

  • The Inergy Parties maintain insurance covering their properties, operations, personnel and businesses against such losses and risks as are reasonably adequate to protect them and their businesses in a manner consistent with other businesses similarly situated.

  • Only actions, waivers or consents by NRGM or NRGM GP with the prior written consent of the Buyer Special Committee shall constitute an action, waiver or consent by either NRGM or NRGM GP as a party hereto, and the Buyer Special Committee shall be entitled to exercise all rights of the Inergy Parties under this Agreement.

  • If the foregoing correctly sets forth the agreement among the Inergy Parties and the Initial Purchasers, please indicate your acceptance in the space provided for that purpose below.

  • The plaintiff failed to discharge the onus upon her to show that the property belongs to the defendant and her claim must also fail.

  • Propane means an NGL, the chemical formula of which is C3H8, used for heating, crop drying, motor fuel and as a feedstock for the petrochemical industry in the manufacture of ethylene and propylene;

  • GP LLC means Plains All American GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Pipeline company means any person, firm, copartnership, association, corporation, or syndicate engaged in or organized for the purpose of owning, operating, or controlling pipelines for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Energy means electricity, natural gas, steam, hot or chilled water, fuel oil, or other product for use in a building, or renewable on-site electricity generation, for purposes of providing heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, or for powering or fueling other end-uses in the building and related facilities, as reflected in Utility bills or other documentation of actual Energy use.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Gas company means any person distributing gas within the corporate limits or authorized and proposing to so engage.

  • Operating Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Parent Guarantors means, (i) Parent, (ii) Holding, (iii) JBS Global Luxembourg S.à x.x., (iv)

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.

  • Partnership Entity means any of the Partnership Entities.

  • ETP means Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.

  • boycott energy company means “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” (See Tex.
