Ineligible Project Costs definition

Ineligible Project Costs means all costs which are not eligible for lease-revenue bond financing or Participating County matching funds pursuant to the PDCA (including all Exhibits attached thereto) or pursuant to any California state law, rule, regulation, guideline, or policy including, without limitation, the SB 81 Financing Program or any other Applicable Law. Participating County shall be responsible for all Ineligible Project Costs (“Participating County Costs”). Ineligible Project Costs also shall include but are not limited to the following:
Ineligible Project Costs. Those portions of Project Costs that are not Eligible Project Costs, including Ineligible Base Project Costs and Overrun Project Costs.
Ineligible Project Costs means project costs that are not eligible for BRC funding and include appliances, equipment, furnishings and other features of the facility which are not physically attached, and any other items identified by Council staff.

More Definitions of Ineligible Project Costs

Ineligible Project Costs shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.03(c) of the Participation Agreement.
Ineligible Project Costs means the ineligible project costs on which the Grant must not be expended, as specified in the Guidelines. Ineligible Project Costs means expenditure on items directly related to the delivery of the Project, the cost of which is not eligible to be met from the Funding or the Consortium Contribution, as detailed in the Guidelines.  Information Privacy Principle has the same meaning as in the Information Privacy Xxx 0000.  Intellectual Property includes all copyright (including any future copyright), moral rights, all rights in relation to inventions (including patent rights), plant varieties, registered and unregistered trade marks (including service marks), registered designs, confidential information (including trade secrets and know-how), circuit layouts and all other rights resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary or artistic fields as a result of the use of the Funding for the Project.  Material includes documents, media releases, project communications, social media posts, and other references on the web or in print, speeches/launches, annual reports, equipment, software (including source code and object code versions), goods, information and data stored by any means including all copies and extracts of them.

Related to Ineligible Project Costs

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.
