Industry Member Data definition

Industry Member Data has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(d)(ii). “Information” has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

  • Subject to paragraphs (a)(2) and (b), each Industry Member shall record and report Industry Member Data to the Central Repository with time stamps in milliseconds.

  • Each Industry Member shall record and report to the Central Repository the Industry Member Data as set forth in this paragraph (a) of this Rule for each Eligible Security for which transaction reports are required to be submitted to FINRA.

Related to Industry Member Data

  • Industry member means a member of a national securities exchange or a member of a national securities association.

  • economic operators means the manufacturer, the authorised representative, the importer and the distributor;

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data.   • Member Services are hereby defined as any products or services now or hereafter provided or sponsored by the Credit Union or otherwise made available to Credit Union members, which services include, but are not limited to: loans, deposit accounts, ATM services, online banking services, and other electronic fund transfer services.

  • Planned community means a common interest community that is not a condominium or a cooperative. A condominium or cooperative may be part of a planned community.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Petroleum Industry Standards means the Definitions for Oil and Gas Reserves promulgated by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (or any generally recognized successor) as in effect at the time in question.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Member Information means the share, deposit, loan account balances, or other information related to any member of a domestic credit union maintained in any form.

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.
