Industry Classification Group definition

Industry Classification Group means (a) any of the classification groups set forth in Schedule 1.01(c) hereto, together with any such classification groups that may be subsequently established by Xxxxx’x and provided by the Borrower to the Lenders, and (b) up to three additional industry group classifications established by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12.

Examples of Industry Classification Group in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the Borrower shall assign each Portfolio Investment to an Industry Classification Group.

  • To the extent that any Portfolio Investment is not correlated with the risks of other Portfolio Investments in an Industry Classification Group, such Portfolio Investment may be assigned by the Borrower to an Industry Classification Group that is more closely correlated to such Portfolio Investment.

  • To the extent that any such Portfolio Investment is not correlated with the risks of other Portfolio 63 Investments in an Industry Classification Group established by Xxxxx’x, such Portfolio Investment may be assigned by the Borrower to an Industry Classification Group that is more closely correlated to such Portfolio Investment.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the Borrower, in its reasonable determination, shall assign each Portfolio Investment (other than the Equity Interests in any Non-Guarantor Subsidiary) to an Industry Classification Group.


More Definitions of Industry Classification Group

Industry Classification Group means (a) any of the classification groups that are currently in effect by Moody’s or may be subsequently established by Moody’s and provided by the Borrower to the Lenders, and (b) up to three additional industry group classifications established by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12(a).
