Industrial Relations. Issues Any issues arising out of or pertaining to the relationship between: (a) the Contractor, and the Contractor’s or the Principal’s employees, agents or subcontractors; (b) any persons employed or engaged by the Contractor or the Contractor’s agents or subcontractors; (c) an industrial association (as that term is defined in section 12 of the Fair Work Act) and the persons referred to in paragraph (a) or (b); (d) an officer, employee or agent of an industrial association and the persons referred to in paragraph (a) or (b); or (e) any representatives of the persons in paragraph (b).   • Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations.

  • Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

  • Organ procurement organization means a person designated by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services as an organ procurement organization.

  • Farmworker means Farmworker as defined in Section 420.503, F.S.

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
