Industrial Lands definition

Industrial Lands means all lands that are intended for use of assembling, fabricating, manufacturing, processing, warehousing and distribution uses, repair activities, communications, utilities, transportation, storage, service trades and construction uses.
Industrial Lands means any lands zoned or to be zoned for industrial purposes, and more specifically any lands deemed for industrial use within the Zoning Bylaw.
Industrial Lands means lands designated in the Zoning By-law as General Industrial, Hamlet Industrial, Prestige Industrial or Select Industrial; (39-2009)

These wastes may result from any process or activity of industry, manufacture, trade or business, from the development of any natural resource, or from animal operations such as feedlots, poultry houses, or dairies. The term includes contaminated storm water and leachate from solid waste facilities.

  • Industrial User means a nondomestic discharger, as identified in 40 CFR Part 403, introducing pollutants to a POTW.
