Industrial Development Bonds definition

Industrial Development Bonds means obligations issued by a State, a Commonwealth, a Territory or a possession of the United States of America, or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, or the District of Columbia, the interest on which is excludable from gross income of the holders thereof pursuant to the provisions of Section 103(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or any similar provision), as in effect at the time of the issuance of such obligations.
Industrial Development Bonds means obligations issued or guaranteed by, or supported by the full faith and credit of, a State, a Commonwealth, a Territory, or a possession of the United States of America, or any political subdivision or governmental authority of any of the foregoing, or the District of Columbia.
Industrial Development Bonds means any bond issued by or on behalf of a political subdivision the interest on which is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes on the date such obligations were issued.
