Industrial Applications definition

Industrial Applications means:
Industrial Applications shall have the same meaning as that term is defined in the License Agreement, except that “Infection Control Applications” shall not be considered part of “Industrial Applications” for purposes of this Supply Agreement
Industrial Applications means any media use that is both non-domestic and not exclusively meant to treat influent from public water supply (i.e. city, ground, or well water). This term will apply to media used in recycle loops for boiler blowdown, air compressor condensate, or cooling tower blowdown, as well as any other uses that fit within the previously stated definition.

  • Intellectual Property Licenses means (i) any grant by the Company to another Person of any right, permission, consent or non-assertion relating to or under any of the Purchased Intellectual Property and (ii) any grant by another Person to the Company of any right, permission, consent or non-assertion relating to or under any third Person’s Intellectual Property.
