Inducement Shares definition

Inducement Shares means the First Closing Inducement Shares and the Second Closing Inducement Shares.
Inducement Shares has the meaning set forth for such term in Section 2 of this Agreement.

Related to Inducement Shares

  • Purchaser Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Purchaser.
