Indoor Active Use Areas definition

Indoor Active Use Areas. The parties will need to determine the type of supervision required for Indoor Active Use Areas depending on the type of facility (i.e. gymnasium, swimming pool), state and local health and safety regulations, and other applicable requirements. The parties may need to provide more specific requirements for supervision in the Agreement, an attachment, or by reference to other state or local laws, regulations or other requirements.
Indoor Active Use Areas will be used for purposes of this Agreement to mean the gymnasium, training room, locker room, and office space. The Parties shall have the right to add or exclude Active Use Areas during the term of this Agreement, provide that any such change shall be in writing and approved by both the Parties. Beacon will purchase training equipment such as a training table and ice machine (“Training Equipment”), and replacement of such Training Equipment, as Beacon deems necessary for the training room during the Term. Beacon is providing the Training Equipment for both its own use and that of the public. Public access to the equipment will be available during the times Beacon is not renting the gym/training room. The City will take reasonable precautions to insure use of the Training Equipment by the public is done in accordance with standard safety practices utilized at public use facilities. Beacon will have no responsibility or liability for injury to any person (including death) or damage to any property caused by public use of the Training Equipment.

Examples of Indoor Active Use Areas in a sentence

  • Terms of this Agreement will apply to all Indoor Active Use Areas owned by the District as identified in Attachment B to this Agreement.

  • The City shall enforce all District rules, regulations, and policies provided by the District while supervising community recreational activities at Indoor Active Use Areas.

  • The City shall provide personnel necessary for the direction or supervision of activities in Indoor Active Use Areas.

  • The Parties shall have the right to add or exclude Indoor Active Use Areas during the term of this Agreement, provided that any such change shall be in writing and approved by both the Parties.

  • User will ensure that its users leave the Indoor Active Use Areas and locker rooms with any equipment stowed away.

  • The City hereby grants permission to User to use the Indoor Active Use Areas as set forth below for the sole purpose of providing its team members practice and contest space to compete, and any related uses to the activities described in Section 4.

Related to Indoor Active Use Areas

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.
